CR door was broken, I think, we cannot lock it. The flush button in the toilet bowl was broken also.

The room was beautiful, but the AC lights were so bright trying to sleep and also the lights on the phones. The butlers were slow at handling any requests, like i never received the towels, bathrobes we asked for. They charged to go to the top of the building wgivh should be included in your stay. Food was excellent though! Maybe choices for dinner. Japanese resto 10/10, shabu shabu 4/10, Korean 7/10, Chinese 5/10 breakfast buffet 10000/10!

New hotel

Room service was great. Kitchen staff’s were courteous. Room was cleaned and supplies replenished daily. A walking distance to the mall and laundry shops.
