Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. Needless to say, that greatly improved the quality of our visit! Breakfast was an amazing array of quality and delicious international and local options! We didn’t need to eat again until late evening!!! The gym equipments and the swimming pool were also very nice! Despite our one-night stay, I managed to biked 10 minutes in the bike trainer, run 3Km on the treadmill, swam in the ocean across the street for over half an hour before swimming a dozen laps in the roof top pool!! Would definitely stay again next time if I can still afford to do so!! 😅

The room was clean and good ocean view, my safe wasn’t work, called service they quickly take care the problem.

When we arrived there around noon the room wasn’t ready and people weren’t too nice to helping us out. There were no AC and we had to wait for a while. Even after 2pm, no body came to take us in so we had to go bother them again and they gave us a key. The resort is beautiful and the pictures come out so good. The pool and the beach were also great! Beach was closed around 6pm. They had life guards whole day for the beach. We got the 60mins body massage and it was very decent. They didn’t go too hard on us so it’s very relaxing. They had discount when you book walk in. We didn’t go outside of the resort for 2days and had food at the resort all 2 days. No outside food at all. They were cost about $40 per meal for 2 people. Food was decent. We tried all 3 restaurants. Overall, the room was good and we were able to relax well but for the food, we would like to try different resort next time.

We had the best time staying here for New Year. Tan who ran the restaurants was incredible. She was so helpful friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet and fireworks for New Year. We also loved the bay the hotel was based in meant long walks / runs on the beach were possible. The food was fantastic in all the restaurants and the room gorgeous and clean. We liked the multiple pools.

The only comment is that your Web site is grossly out of date. States 2 bars 2 cafes pool side bar sauna restaurant providing lunch and dinner. None of these provided as was the case when I stayed a year ago. Otherwise the hotel was excellent and staff friendly apart from the place being full of rude impolite Russians!!!
