Flamingos Adults Only Holidays

The property was beautiful, and we enjoyed the location. However, the only issue we encountered was the communication with the host. We had a minor problem with the mean door, and during checkout, the host didn’t provide us with clear instructions on the process. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a great time overall.

This resort is excellent. I have stayed here twice, and had a magnificent experience. I recommend building 2, on the beach, and not the others further up the mountain. You have to make sure which you are making the reservation for! The beach views are spectacular, especially closer up in 2. The pools are outstanding, and the staff is amazing--responsive welcoming and cheerful. The only issue we had is the hawking of timeshares. We were considering purchase, but ultimately did not go through with it. In the process, we went from being catered to hand and foot like royalty by the salespeople, to (when we had confirmed a firm "no") feeling like second class in the sales building, and being quickly ushered out. I guess that is to be expected, but still, the experience was jarring. The resort is excellent. But I recommend avoiding sales, unless your skin is tough enough for that experience.

The staff at the south tower specially the breakfast and roof top did such a great job food was great also I will recommend for guess to go have dinner at Karuma the extra $45 that is charge was worth it the room was nice and clean all the time
