Staff was the nicest we ever had. Easy walk to Abbey, place and traglafar square. Great coffee shop, bar and sandwich shop downstairs. Didn’t try restaurant upstairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend this hotel to all, they treated us like we were at the Ritz. 10/10 in all aspects, recommend to all families, business travelers and couples.

The hotel was great and ease of checking in. The only thing that needs addressing is breakfast. There did not seem to be enough staff and our table was not cleared at all. There was a group of us on the table with very little room to manoeuvre plates etc. This was the only issue we had otherwise a great overnight stay. Thank you

Very nice hotel! The outside is so London-ish which is what we were looking for. The staff was right there as we arrived to get luggage and guide us to the reception desk. Very easy check in. Rooms clean and ready on time. Hair dryer was great! Don't need to bring your own. Did not eat here. Wanted to experience other dining options in London. Picked this location because it was close to so many things that we could walk to and then take a bus to farther sites. Only negative was that we wanted to really immerse ourselves in London and though the outside in the Westminster area was that...inside the hotel was not that. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Great English Pub right around the corner!!!
