This was an excellent place to stay in the Grand Baie area, especially because of the wonderful staff. The property itself is nice and well maintained. We liked the half board package, breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The staff really sets this place apart. I wasn’t feeling well during our stay and they went above and beyond to accommodate room service food. We rented a car and parking was sometimes tight. The staff offered to help with parking which really alleviated stress. We’d highly recommend staying here in Mauritius!

We had a magical stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The rooms, grounds and pool are stunning and the food was delicious.

I always enjoy staying at Preskil but I had a bit of a bad experience on my check in on Monday, 3 August. I arrived at 9h00 at the hotel and i know that check in was only at 14h00. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then.

Lovely hotel and operated by amazing staff. We communicated here for 4 nights but saw that the hotel was run by professional and exceedingly friendly staff. They truly are the heart of this hotel and a testament to the people of Mauritius. The hotel itself is great. All rooms facing the ocean and having good space within. We mentioned a small issue to the staff but this was rectified immediately and to a very high standard. The food is excellent and there are many choices of global variety. The spa and services are of a very high quality and I felt truly relaxed and fresh after. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. It’s professionally run by beautiful and passionate people.

We had a nice stay. Staff was very helpful, good manners. Service was five star. Beautiful sea. Area around the buffet restaurant is very attractive. Memorable and certainly worth to come back to this attractive hotel.

Amazing hotel and rooms are great value for money in terms of size. However I think if guests are wanting more from food they perhaps need to be aware it’s quality over quantity in this hotel. Also please note other bigger hotels have more free kayaks and boats this has 1 so it gets booked quickly Other hotels have at least 20 boats for use
