We had quite a few issues. Upon check in, we had no towel, the tv wouldn’t work (which is also where you order anything to the room) and there was a very loud alarm going off next to our room. In addition, our room had a shared courtyard so no privacy. It was also next to the maintenance building and water tanks so was very loud. Lastly, the smoke alarm kept beeping from 5am and reception didn’t answer the phone. Nobody asked how our stay was upon bill settlement/check out. Would not stay at the Hilton again.

The whole resort was clean. Breakfast was great. All the staff were so attentive and accommodating. Mere at the front desk was so welcoming and got us checked in quickly at 6am. The ladies at the buffet desk for breakfast were as friendly as they come. What an amazing experience. Oh and the lagoon looking pools are something out a movie.
