"Traveled with spouse and two children, 9 and 11. Loved all of the wildlife on the resort and the programs available, ie bike tour, eco tour and feeding the rescue animals. We were disappointed the Brazilian steakhouse was closed (wasn’t advertised) and the cenotes were closed for the off season. ..."

"property was nice and staff were great. The rooftop pool looks nice for a picture but the whole rooftop sitting area is the size of a bedroom and people are crammed up there like sardines. not relaxing or enjoyable."
