Such a great way to head down south of Sydney and appreciate the South Coast at a reasonable price. Thank you Rex! Will sure to fly again.
only bad thing was my luggage was damaged
Entertainment it says you need a app maybe inform people to download the app before flight I had no entertainment wifi very very very very very slow always time out while loading
Passenger sitting in front of me put his seat back all the way to Darwin from Sydney. This made it very difficult to use my tray table, also the back of the seat was too close to me. Surely it is not necessary to lay seats back on domestic flights? If people want more leg space they should book in the business class seats, and not use my space that I have payed for. Because that is what they are doing. Also with the seat layed back it makes it very hard to get out if you need the bathroom or stretch your legs .
Wifi didn’t work!
Plane was delayed by one hour due to maintenance issues but Qantas always gets you home safely.
My headphones didn’t work properly & I was served breakfast more than an hour after my partner had finished his.
Best airline that we have flown.
Flight arrived 20mins early
Very very friendly staff. I didn’t access wifi.
Whilst the plane was physically at the gate, we were left waiting to board for an hour and a half with very limited updates on the what and why. Communication would have helped frustrated passengers a lot!
