"My wife and I booked a room with the expectations of getting in the pool and the hot tub, we packed our swimsuits and when we got to the hotel they said the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. A notice on their website would have been nice or an email notice because then I would have booked a different hotel that had an available pool and hot tub. I tried to check in online and it didn’t let me. Unsure if it was a hotel problem or Expedia problem. When I got to the hotel I tried to use the self check-in machine and it didn’t find my reservation. There was only on customer service representative at the counter. She was VERY nice though, so that helped! The carpets can use a little cleaning, they seem dirty and dingy."

EVERY noise echoed throughout the room: doors slamming, people talking in the hallway, etc. Breakfast was underwhelming and overall unsatisfying. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere. Felt like an expensive stay for what we received."

"This house was a great place to chill. We had 10 family members stay and there was a lot of room to spread out and relax as well as having enough hot water for everyone, which was a plus. Definitely a 10/10 and would chill again."
