"We were very pleased with aspects of our stay, the apartment was clean and bright, next to the sea and was comfortable and generally well equipped. However the shower was not hot and had to run for around 10 minutes before reaching its maximum, inadequate temperature. I was also disappointed to be asked for an 80 euro deposit for keys, one of which was electronic and didn't work. We were not warned this would be the case and it seems excessive. "Hotel is duidelijk verouderd. Kamer was oud maar wel proper. Het diner vindt plaats in een zeer ongezellige ondergrondse ruimte. Het buffet is ronduit slecht te noemen op vlak van kwaliteit (wel voldoende keuze en aanvulling). Ontbijt is iets beter, dit vindt plaats in de bar. "lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."
