"The suite itself (35AE) is ground floor and was infested with a variety of bugs everywhere and the room wifi was awful. Wifi - it would randomly work and then cut out completely. The resort staff tried to fix it but then it just kept happening, sadly. Bugs - The patio door window screen had a big gap in it which is where I think a lot of the bugs likely come in. There were so many little bugs all over every surface (wall, bed, counter, our suitcases, landing on us). Cockroach, little gnats...
