Very quiet hotel with wonderful staff. I had read a previous review which mentioned that it wasn't well insulated for sound but we didn't find that to be the case at all. Location was convenient as well.

We stayed here one night for a long layover. Only thing I will say it is it not soundproof. You can literally hear people using the restrooms. We were only here for a night and it served it’s purpose. The staff was amazing and they made our stay!

It’s a good place to stay specially if you’re traveling with family only thing that’s holding me from giving a five star review is the air-conditioning. It’s just not good as it should be and they keep making an excuse that governmental requirement with the temperature in the room cannot be below than 3° of outside, I hope they can get their AC fixed or provide an alternative such as fan besides that it’s a very good place to stay

Staff was friendly and as helpful as possible given language barrier. Very clean property. Breakfast was reasonable price but the food and coffee are not replenished so if you arrive toward the end of the service time, you only get what is left, which was not much. The best feature is the river that is within walking distance. Very nice ... otherwise, not a tourist area. VERY close to bus stop. Again, language barrier was an issue but the driver was friendly and kind. There is a coffee shop just beyond the bus kiosk and the owner was very nice and helpful.

This is absolutely NOT a 4 Stars hotel. NOT convenient for families, due to the following points: - The floor carpet was very dirty and stained both in corridors and inside the room. - The air-conditioning did not work properly to cool enough the room during the night, as announced. The receptionist laughed when we asked to move to another room with better air-conditioning and said this was the same for the whole hotel. - The toothbrush container was disgusting and the shower floor was quite dirty. - Although we did not take the breakfast in the hotel (due to the bad aspect), we never saw anybody sitting there and seemed closed. - We informed the reception that one glass was broken during the night and asked for a thorough vacuum of the room. Not only for the adults but also for our kids health! However, when we came back in the night, the glass pieces under the hands-washbasin were still there. Probably also on the carpet!! Ideally, I would like to have my money back. However, it is also important Hotels.com takes care of this big issues since I do not consider this hotel to be part of the good/very good options from this group. Unfortunately, I did not take any photo to be uploaded, but next time I will do it.
