The apartment was absolutely amazing. Being on the Banhofstrasse it had the best of everything right on its doorstep. The actual apartment itself was stunning. Everything in the apartment was new and it was spotless clean. it was so spacious and stylishly furnished. I couldn’t ask for anything while there. I’ve lived at other 5 star hotels for long periods of time off the Banhoffstrasse (for example the Widder Hotel, which is my favorite), but this is my new go-to place for short stays in Zurich. Great find. Will stay there again. Thank you.

worst place to stay

What is described on Hotels.com is not what you get. First off we could not find the place then you need codes to get in there is no view from the rooms as the unit is a loft unit. Seriously disappointed and then we still have to pay to gave the unit serviced. Definitely won’t see me again and would never recommend it to anyone

The apartment is an a building which is predominantly occupied by businesses. That in itself was not really an issue. Was difficult however to locate as the address 18 Bahnhofstrasse was actually situated on a side street.
On thé top of the buzzer below the actual buttons was a very discreetly written le Bijou.
