Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
The apartment is located in a residential building—please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Please do not use the apartment for commercial purposes or photo shoots without prior approval.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately via Airbnb—we always handle it fairly and appreciate honesty.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM without exception unless agreed upon in advance.

Heating and lights must be turned off when leaving the apartment.

The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Please do not exceed this number.
