Rooms are very comfortable and the front desk staff is very helpful. Great place to stay and right next to the airport, like a 7 minute bus ride!

Check in and out were both easy and stress free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms offered everything we needed for our two night stay. Can recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. TV was not working but we got free chocolate in exchange 😀. Mini fridge had 5 free beverages in it for us to take. We did not use the gym nor selected the breakfast, so we cant comment on that. The only small complaint is that the window was opened when we arrived in the room and the heat took forever to kick in.

Rooms ran hot and air did not work. Bathroom had some black mold in the tiles and ceiling. Sink was cracked. Windows do open but very noisy next to the airport. Staff were nice and check-in was easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the room fridge. Very easy commute to the airport.

Feels more like a 3.5 star hotel.
The room was good and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, I wasn’t disappointed with the hotels other amenities. The gym was small and poorly maintained. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. They reused the same bread for several days in a row and had no pastries.

Great hotel
I read reviews of this hotel after booking and was concerned. Check in took 3-4 minutes. I then noticed the elevator was waiting door open. Who ever designed this property must travel and understood what makes a stay pleasant, easy and comfortable. The room was big, with a giant comfy bed with cotton sheets ( they had just a trace of perfume) a giant tv on the wall, multiple charging ports, operable windows, the two exterior doors - one at the hall and one inside had gaskets, hall floors were carpeted, the lighting was great and it had a view over the other buildings.i heard nothing from neighbors in the next room. Best stay I’ve had in a while

Rest of hotel is fine . No one at reception
Front desk never at reception. At my check in a guy knocked the door at 12 pm to say time is up and that was not nice as I tried To ask them for extra time to pack my luggage and no one answered the phone and there was nobody at front desk . That was very rude !!

They provided us with multiple free drinks which was really nice! But if you’re going to stay here make sure you arrive after 1pm because no one works at the front desk until then. Check in starts at 2. It would be really convenient if they offered early check in. Other than that the room was fine, clean, and hot! Make sure to use the fan at night because the Thermostat was not working.

Stayed a few nights while travelling and had a good experience here. Overall really clean hotel, beautiful room’s, and comfortable beds. The room had a mini fridge which was a bonus that allowed us to stock a few things and had a nice bathroom. Had no major issues other then it can be noisy if you leave the window open due to planes flying by and there isn’t much around for food. We wanted to purchase a few things from the grocery store 10 minutes down the road and asked before hand if there was a microwave, but was told there was nothing on the property so that was disappointing and didn’t leave much options. They have breakfast in the morning but didn’t try it due to allergies. The sauna was broken so we were not able to use it which was to bad and the front desk hours are kinda annoying for if you ever just wanna ask questions or get help as nobody was there until 1pm. There is a bus stop out front and a 10 minute walk to the tram station so was easy to get into the main town. Would recommend if you need a simple place to stay.

I was happy to stayed 3 nights in Dormero _ Zurich. Good location, convenient transportation to anywhere, close to the airport, reasonable price, room clean and comfortable, have variety free drink in mini bar. I would stay in this hotel again when I visit Zurich next time
