"The poolside was comfortable and I didn’t use the wifi"

"No luggage carts are available. There was a construction in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor and we were suggested to use the stairs and carry our luggage, though i'm walking impared. Eventually, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The corridor was very dirty with a lot of debris. After breakfast, we told front desk that we will be leaving in 20 minutes. They told us to stop by to check out when we would leave. This resulted in carrying luggage back and forth on the 1st floor. On a positive side, the breakfast was excellent."

"Clean room, but I reserved a king and they gave me two queens due to occupancy issues."

"Hot tub had now power, only 2 towels that got wet quickly, so if you get out of the tub/shower and then go back later you have a wet towel. Comforter and lounge chair had visible stains. Only one pillow on a king bed. Those are the negatives. On the plus side, check in was easy. But for the cleanliness, the rest of the motel was in good condition."
