"The property does not respond through Expedia or their own app. We tried the several contact options they provided and never heard back. This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable.
