"The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay. "
"Staff were really helpful & accomodating. Personal Sauna in chalet 604 was good. Outdoor pool was sufficient & can do with some refurb. We wish there was a telephone outlet from the chalet to the reception so it would be more convenient. Breakfast was amazing, there was a good variety. "

"Our stay at Prestige Hotel Budapest was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was both elegant and cozy.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, just the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was how well the team looked after us on our last night. They kindly set an alarm for 3:00 AM to ensure we didn’t miss our early morning flight, and by 3:30 AM, a taxi was already waiting outside, all arranged by the hotel. That level of service was truly impressive and so appreciated.
The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to the river and surrounded by an abundance of fantastic restaurants. We were absolutely spoiled for choice when it came to dining options.
Prestige Hotel Budapest combines charm, comfort, and genuine care. We left feeling well-rested and incredibly grateful. Highly recommended!"
"Nice hotel in excellent location right by the rive ride across from the National Parliment building and the Chain bridge.
Breakfast was plentiful with variety of choices - highly recommended. The only suggestion for improvement is the mattress."
"The location is perfect as it is centrally located. it is literally next to Madame Taussaud’s wax museum and walkable to Hard Rock and lots of restaurants and the Danube River and port. Our kids love this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. "
"We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. Especially loved the spa with hot tub and steam room/sauna, and how easy it was to walk everywhere from the hotel. We would definitely stay again for our next trip to Budapest!"
