"I stayed at the Four Seasons Tunisia with high expectations based on the Four Seasons brand and my experiences at their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of the negative comments are also related to service, which was consistent with my experience.
The property itself is beautiful—very elegant, clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. The pool area is especially nice and is one of the highlights of the hotel.
However, if you’re looking for a beach vacation, this may not be the best choice. The beach is disappointing: it is rocky, not particularly clean, and the water is not very appealing. It also requires a long walk to get to the beach, which takes away from the overall experience.
Overall, it was an acceptable stay because the property is attractive and well-kept, but the service needs significant improvement. The hotel would also benefit from cleaning and improving the beach area to better match the standards expected from a Four Seasons property."
"Very chic place Between old city and new. Great, full breakfast. Excellent multilingual staff. 24/7 bar and concierge. Club attached was fun Friday night. Good facilities."
"The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us with was pure sunshine. She radiated joy and warmth. When J realized that he wouldn’t be there to see us off, he left flowers and an incredibly sweet note in our room. On our last night J ended up coming in on his day off to hang out, and we go to spend a lovely evening with C, J and A before they sent us off to pack with a pre-made breakfast ready since we had to leave at 2a. I can’t sing the praises of the staff here enough. I consider them friends and am so excited to see what they do next. They made a nice vacation into the best trip of my life. I cannot wait to return."
Very large villa ideal for groups of up to 15 to 18 people
10/10 Excellent
"It was a very nice stay, beyond expectations, very large pool, the rooms are big enough to host a big family up to 15 people, the facilities was really good, maybe some old mattresses but that's the usual practice in those vacation rental villas, the owner was super tentative, friendly and replied all my questions within minutes, AC in each room, kitchen is well equipped "
