Amazing two day recharge staycation. Staff is incredible and friendly. Kudos to the front staff for allowing an early check in and complementary room upgrade. We will always keep coming back again and again.

The property is nice and quaint, it is mostly quiet, although there appears to be a nightclub of sorts nearby which you may hear for a few hours in the night. The service from all staff is impeccable, with most going the extra mile to suit your needs. Sadly there were some negatives. Our sea view from our room was obscured by the roof of the room on the floor below. The massive stains on the carpets in our room, turndown service wasn’t a daily thing and didn’t cover the expectations despite being in a four seasons.

Family friendly resort

Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!

Very beautiful hotel. Clean beautiful rooms. The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone. I told them, but nobody fixed it.

It is like a dream, we really enjoyed our stay with the family. Quiet and great pool and beach, staff is sooo friendly and professional. Not to forget the Blu Restaurant, ask the Italian chef (sorry I forgot his name) to make you a tasting (family style), it’s the best meal we had in the whole trip, We will be back in our vacation stay in Tunisia.
