- In the countryside, on a 1400 m² enclosed plot, which also includes two other rentals, this 55 m² semi-detached house comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - Shower room - WC - 3.5 m² laundry room - 12 m² covered terrace - 2 sun loungers - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Parking on the property - Air conditioning - Shared 9m x 4m swimming pool (maximum depth 1.30m, open from April 1st to October 30th, secured by a safety barrier, with sea views. Access to the pool is only permitted to those named in the rental agreement. - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Towel warmer - Cleaning deposit of €80 if the cleaning option is not purchased. This deposit is payable directly to the owner. - Bed linen and towels can be reserved directly with the owner: bed linen = €15/bed / towels = €8/person Ideal house for 4 people less than 8 km from the beach!
