"We stayed 1 night prior to flying for vacation. I did leave my car there & took a shuttle to airport, that was a great convience. When we returned, I called the hotel & a shuttle picked us up. We were there a short time & did not use any other amenities like pool or even breakfast (very early flight)."

"I am very angry and never write reviews good or bad but this is an ABSOLUTELY NO AND NEVER AGAIN! As soon as I got to this hotel I wanted to leave but it was no refundable and couldn’t afford to go somewhere else without a refund! No one was at the front desk when we got there. Waited for a few mins then noticed there was a handwritten note taped to the phone that read call for assistance. Picked up the phone and someone came eventually. Finally got to our room and the hotel stunk like dirty feet, swamp ass and weed. The floor in the room was so sticky I wiped it down with hot soapy water, the sink wouldn’t drain unless you held the drain up, and the bed was broken. The bedding was actually the cleanest part of the entire room. We had our French Bulldog with us and the grounds around the hotel were horrendous!! Drug paraphernalia, garbage, cigarettes everywhere and no grass just a few weeds. I had to go to the store and get frebreeze to spray in our room and hallway. Not to mention how unsafe I felt. We are moving across the country so had our truck is full of valuables. My husband felt so uncomfortable with the situation we brought all of our guns and valuables in from our truck in case someone broke in. I also dead bolted the door, put a chair and my three heavy bags infront of it! Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy! We travel a lot! This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! This should not have been an over $100 hotel! It was -10000/10 experience"

"Room: Was clean but dated, Housekeeping never came to freshen towels, bed, etc. Bathroom was very dated, inside shower was dark so hard to read what the items were (shampoo / conditioner / body wash). Toilet was dated - too low, uncomfortable, and too close to water! Electric outlets do not accommodate today's electric components (phone/computer) Bar: Happy Hour selection for beer was awful and limited - $3.00 up-charge for a decent selection of beer. Suggestion - if you won't offer a decent selection, simply eliminate the "Happy Hour", track what the customers ask for and improve the selection. Snacks bar - (I will confess I did not go there) what I saw other patrons getting were mostly salad and cheese offerings and nothing salty to encourage more drinks Breakfast: Day 1 - 6:30 was fine but very minimal offerings outside of omelet station (which I did not have time to wait for). Day 2 - 6:45 still no breakfast meat offering for buffet - very disappointing (I did ask breakfast Chef for some beacon) Staff: I had minimal interaction with staff. Desk Clerk was nice, professional, but struggled at each station to get me a room key - for a reservation, shouldn't that have been made in advance? I was never recognized as a HH's Guest while I saw other HH' Guests receive their water and "Welcome Bag". Had to call for Wi-Fi. I Never saw a Manager. There was nothing to indicate any welcoming feeling, gratitude for choosing ES, no indication to come back for future stays. "

"The hotel was in full blown construction mode and it seems as though it has been in that condition since the start of the year. Dust, garbage and construction debris all over. No working facilities. No food available in the hotel. Bathroom smelled like urine. Not sure they should be accepting guests and charging full amount at this point "

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The facility itself is on the older side, but it was clean and well-maintained. While it may not feel modern, it was comfortable enough for what we needed. Overall, a decent stay thanks to the great service."

"The room was smaller than I am used to for suites but the amenities made up for it. Great breakfast options. I think this is the only hotel I have stayed at where the breakfast potatoes were perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. They were not overly seasoned or hard and dry. Kids loved the fresh yogurt and toppings bar."

"Ensure you read the fine print… this facility charges for parking $15 per day. This seems bizarre to me since it is remote. I understand charging people that park there for the airport shuttle but guests should be free!"

"Bed smelled like pee... Requested a room change and they did.. we forgot something in the mini fridge in the next day we asked to get access to the fridge and they let us in but you could easily see that it was just the beds made and nothing clean the room still stinked.. it shows that the cleaning staff doesn't care they just put the bed back together instead of trying to clean. We won't be staying there again"
