"Everything was great!"

"My stay was great. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The female manager on the other hand was rude and dismissive when I brought up my service animal and how she could not charge a pet fee due to having a service animal. She brought up that Missouri does not count support animals as service animals ands when I informed her that while that may be true, support animals are protected under Federal Law as service animals and she could not charge me a pet fee, she was dismissive of me and told me not to worry about the charges. After checked out and left I saw that she did in fact go ahead and charge me for a pet and more than she even stated at first. When I called to discuss this with her she was "never at the hotel" and when I requested her bosses information I was told that she said she is not allowed to give out her District Managers information and I could email her. I refuse to speak with the site manager any longer as she has been super rude during this whole experience and refuses to help me. I feel very targeted by this manager."

"Perfectly adequate hotel. Beds are average. Weight room is just cardio and one workout machine. "

"Bed smelled like pee... Requested a room change and they did.. we forgot something in the mini fridge in the next day we asked to get access to the fridge and they let us in but you could easily see that it was just the beds made and nothing clean the room still stinked.. it shows that the cleaning staff doesn't care they just put the bed back together instead of trying to clean. We won't be staying there again"

"Disgusting room, hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned. The walls and towels and shower had deep stains. No shampoo or conditioner. The whole room smelled like smoke."

"Our stay was incredible! The house was very accommodating with supplies and loved the extra entertainment options such as a pool table, arcade game, board games, hot tub, and outdoor gas fireplace with seating. Communication was quick and efficient and the house was very nice and spacious! We would definitely stay here again if the chance arises. "

"We had a wonderful stay over an extra long weekend! The house was completely as expected based on the listing. It was clean, and the hosts provided everything we needed and more (the snacks, wine, and coffee supplies were a perfect touch). Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The older home was remodeled very nicely, and while some spaces were necessarily small, the house overall had a ton of room for us to spread out or gather to play games or watch TV. We weren’t sure about the area from the photos/map, but it’s safe and close to SO much shopping and food. We were there for a golf tournament at The Bluffs, and it was a quick and easy drive. I wouldn’t recommend the house to anyone with mobility issues due to the split level design and stairs, but we will definitely be looking to stay there again if we need to be in the area!"
