"Did not need parking. The bed was uncomfortable, room was clean but needed upkeep (bathroom, shower finishes seemed rejected and needed aesthetic maintenance). Area around the hotel is very nice but the hotel does not live up to it's peers around the area."

"i completed my reservation online with Expedia. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my reservation complete at the hotel, as if i had done nothing on Expedia. and they also tried to get me to pay again. the hotel is need of a remodel. if feels 30 years old and not in a good way. you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to go to the elevator. the room was clean. and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly but not very competent. there are 2 or 3 hotels that share the same lobby areas with a rope dividing them. a little strange"
