"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and I truly wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting. As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish and is basically a tourist, I always feel completely safe and welcomed here. The staff is kind, helpful, and made every part of my stay feel easy and enjoyable. The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s just consistently a great experience every time — highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! Also the pool, amenities & food are 10/10"

"We had a great time staying at Hotel Castillos Del Mar. Our room had a patio with access to the back of the hotel with a great view. The only thing I would suggest them to do is update their locks on their doors. They seem old and outdated as well as their patio doors. "
