"Our stay at El Cielo Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the vineyards that make every morning feel special. The property itself is peaceful, elegant, and perfectly captures the beauty and charm of Valle de Guadalupe. The food and wine were outstanding, and every experience on the property felt thoughtfully curated. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying a glass of wine on your patio, or watching the sunset over the vines, El Cielo offers a truly unforgettable escape. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet relaxing getaway in Valle de Guadalupe, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending El Cielo Hotel to all of our friends and family. Five stars all the way!"

"The location is central and very walkable, and parking right in front of the room is a big plus. The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, the AC and hot water worked well, the TV was decent, and the property was clean overall. The on‑site French coffee and pastry shop is a nice touch. On the downside, the toilet is old and small, the shower space is very tight, and the sink faucet was loose. The included breakfast at the restaurant across the street was not impressive for the caliber of the restaurant or the price of the stay. We stayed two days but only ate the included breakfast once and chose to pay for breakfast elsewhere the next day. Overall, it’s a convenient and well‑located property with comfortable basics, friendly staff, and a few maintenance issues, along with a disappointing breakfast."
