Breakfast was a delight, with fresh fruit and veggies, perfect portions and honey from the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during the stay. "The staff speaks English; they were kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was the best we had on a three week trip. Location is excellent although on a very busy street so the noise level is not peaceful. Closing the doors helps because the glass is soundproofed. The hotel is beautifully renovated although our room with balcony was tiny!

"We drove in from the Genoa airport and needed to make sure the hotel offered parking. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. It was easy to find and even though we arrived before check in they had space that allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage so that we could keep to our schedule as we were in town only for one night and had a lot to squeeze in. The room was HUGE! We traveled with our 2 teenage children so we chose the 2 bedroom 1 bath room and it was perfect. The hotel is a short 15-20 min walk to the Rapallo train station where you can easily purchase an on/off pass for the family to visit Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety and the ambiance was beyond lovely. I would highly recommend Hotel Canali and will visit again should we ever find ourselves back in that region. "
