"We loved the view from the private balcony. The harbor was peaceful and beautiful. The hotel was a short walk from churches and restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel."
"Beautiful high end hotel. Great breakfast, live music at bar, very comfortable bed and room. Beach club included and infinity pools looking over water and city! Great experience. Only issue is you need a taxi as 2/3 mile from train station. 16 euros. Would be nice if they had complimentary shuttle. Besides that we will return for sure! "
"Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"
"We drove in from the Genoa airport and needed to make sure the hotel offered parking. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. It was easy to find and even though we arrived before check in they had space that allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage so that we could keep to our schedule as we were in town only for one night and had a lot to squeeze in. The room was HUGE! We traveled with our 2 teenage children so we chose the 2 bedroom 1 bath room and it was perfect. The hotel is a short 15-20 min walk to the Rapallo train station where you can easily purchase an on/off pass for the family to visit Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety and the ambiance was beyond lovely. I would highly recommend Hotel Canali and will visit again should we ever find ourselves back in that region. "

"Arleen was there to greet us with pizza and wine. She provided lists and brochures for transportation, food and exploring. If you have additional questions she was quick to respond. We never felt like we were bothering her. The property is exactly as shown, stunning 🤩. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine looking at the view was perfect. The restaurant and market down the road wee also wonderful. Arleen even took us to the train station when she had issues securing a taxi for us. Her hospitality went above and beyond ❤️ and we highly recommend this beautiful property"
