erholungsurlaub mit zwischenfall

wohnzimmer mit küche ist gut eingerichtet, schlafzimmer ohne fenster und sehr klein.am zweiten tag mieteten wir ein strandkorb un wollten diesen am nachmittag nutzen,konnten die eingangstür zum grundstück nicht öffnen(schloß defekt),rückruf mit vermeiter maja domitzile.mitteilung durch mitarbeiter,wir sind nicht zuständig soll mich an hausmeister wenden.hausmeister herr k..... , teilt mit, das er das Problem mit dem schloß kennt, aber nichts machen kann, es befinden sich im gebäude noch zwei ander mieter. diese kann er nicht erreichen, wir können ja aus dem fenster nach draußen steigen.
