Decent location within airport area
My experience with Courtyard Zhengzhou Airport hotel is great in terms of comfort of the room, amenities and the front desk experience, the customer service is great. They offer me options to access promotional items rather than strictly following the binder rate, this shows thoughtfulness to your client. However, the issue i have encountered is the consistency of the English names converted to Chinese name. This creates confusion not only at the Airport information desk, also the taxi counter and also taxi drivers. It gives me quite a bit of run around just to clarify which branch/location the actual hotel i booked is located as it is shows different Chinese names when translated. It would be nice to include some Chinese character (in the photos) while booking it on an English website just to easily identify the direction. it would save us time to get to the right hotel and enjoy your services. The hotels.com/Expedia booking engine says Courtyard by Marriott where there is a different Chinese name for Courtyard and another one for Marriott, the address in English is also not a helpful one to translate to a chinese address. I wasted a couple hours to consult with different people within a big airport.

Quiet hidden retreat.This new hotel is a great place for rest and leisure. The staff are friendly and helpful. Manager Martin is very accommodating and meets western traveler expectations. The breakfast could use more of a "western" touch, but is ok. Suggestion, add more shuttle runs to airport especially early morning 5 am and 6 am

Very decent hotel with good breakfast
It's located in a quiet place a few kilometers from the airport. It's a clean and comfy hotel. It's quiet new. The staffs in the restaurant are very friendly.

員工都很友善、敬業。我是公務行程，1/2下午抵達。初入住接洽的櫃檯小姐（櫃檯中間位置），很客氣地解說客房訊息，也熱心地幫忙處理我微信支付設定上遭遇的困難。往後的幾天，沒逢下午我有問題要請教，也都是這位小姐熱心協助。她始終是戴著口罩，很好奇這位讓我如沐春風的小姐姐真實面貌，定是像天使吧？ 搭地鐵的話，往南到保稅區站，走路應該要15分鐘左右，往北至恩平湖距離可能稍近些。 如果再次到鄭州出差，我仍會選擇此飯店。

Well it wasn't our plan to stay in one place for a month, we are basically stuck and with limited food supply and takeaway to order around the area we are pretty happy with the hotel how they are dealing with the critical situation.

設施簡單大方，有自己的品味，但可能是商務客多，一樓大廳飲料不多，同一壺茶，竟然按人頭收費，似乎不合理。飯店擁有高品質管理及服務。唯一小缺失，最後一天房間忘了擺大毛巾。經過通知後，即時補上，服務算不錯。

매우 좋습니다.
깨끗한 시설에 친절한 직원들이 계시고 가격또한 저렴한편이라 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 퀄리티에 비하면 매우 저렴합니다.객실과 화장실이 넓고 깨끗했습니다.욕조가 없고, 욕실유리가 블라인드를 내려도 실루엣이 비치기때문에 그부분은 알고예약해야할것같습니다. 저는 너무만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

很有水準的酒店
1.客房很舒適，服務人員很親切。 2.毛巾浴衣都很柔軟，很乾淨。 3.可惜拖鞋是回收重複使用，而且是一拆就開的透明塑料袋，不夠嚴實。我在海容酒店有穿過一種環保拖鞋，是經過消毒包裝，封口很嚴實，建議可以參考使用。

地點鄰近機場，只是方便去機場，離市區較遠。
位置離機場很近，車程才十五分鐘。位置關係，附近没景點。酒店沒有車接送安排，唯有自行坐出租車到酒店，鄭州出租車司機並不專業，連機場酒店位置也找不著，又沒有導航，說手機沒電。這情況下，只有靠自己手機導航教司機行走路線。最後很快便到酒店，才24元正。 酒店附近餐飲很多，都是湘菜，火鍋，燒烤之類，西餐不太像樣。因為旅程已吃了很多餐中菜，最後選擇在酒店用餐，酒店食物質素佷好，而且cocktails 也很出色，值得推介。尾中不足是本人航班是下午，酒店說下午沒車安排送到機場，眼見酒店車泊在大門外，仍要自費坐出租車。
