"It does smell like smoke. Lots of people smok in the cafe which is hard to sit in. Staff was good. Especially the ones to help book tours. Overall it's a good place but the smoke smell through the hotel is annoying for us."

"This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at in China! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They dropped us off and picked us up from Tianmen Mountain, and woke up early to drop us off at the train station. We are SO thankful for all of their help and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. ..."
