Come and visit us in Friesland and experience this cozy holiday home on a size of 200m². There are 2 e-bikes available. Relax in an approximately 8 x 4 m pool with a roof. Heated at a pleasant 28-32 degrees but only in the period from 01. 04. 2020-30. 09/20 The two bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. There is a double garage. Use of the sauna is included.

Einfach nur TOP!!!!

Mit großer Erwartung hingefahren und diese sind vor Ort noch übertroffen worden. Viel Platz, tolle Zimmeraufteilung, gigantischer Garten - kurzum: alles, was man sich wünschen kann! Hat uns und dem Vierbeiner so gut gefallen, daß wir direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht haben 😁

Einfach nur Top!

Wir waren auf Anhieb begeistert von Lars' Haus! Es hat an nichts gemangelt, sogar im Gegenteil, wir haben uns sprichwörtlich wie zu Hause gefühlt, einzig und allein, dass uns nach dem Urlaub Zusatzkosten entstehen werden, weil meine Frau jetzt auch noch einen Jacuzzi haben möchte, denn den haben wir (noch) nicht. 😅 Es gibt aber 2 Dinge, die uns gestört haben, einer davon ist kaum zu verzeihen…wer zum Henker hat einen Magneten vom BvB an den Kühlschrank gehängt (meine Frau hat ihn netterweise mit einem anderen Magneten verdeckt) und warum zum Teufel hast du ihn lieber Lars, noch nicht abgehängt? 😅😜 2. wirklich nett gemeinter Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen, die alle durchgelegen sind (da vor allem im Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite die Matratze am nächsten zur Tür), die solltest du vllt mal austauschen. Gut geschlafen haben wir trotzdem. 😊 Wie gesagt, es war wirklich alles Top, von den phänomenalen Duschen bzw. Bädern über den tollen Garten mit allem was er zu bieten hat, bis hin zu dem reichlich vorhanden Spielzeug für Kinder und mein “Klagen” ist auf sehr hohem Niveau. Liebe Grüße

Zetel "überdacht"

Herzlicher Empfang von Lars an der Eingangstür...so fängt der Urlaub klasse an... Eine kurze Besichtigung und überlegt...die gleiche Arbeitsplatte wie zu Hause..sind wir im Urlaub??? ja, die Einrichtung ist doch anders...Urlaub:-) Jeder Raum sehr individuell mit einer Portion Luxus ausgestattet... Fahrräder aufgeladen...luden zu Besichtigungstouren ein.. Pool ausgiebig genutzt und bei allen Fragen und Wünschen war "Alexa" imm bereit zu helfen..manchmal auf eine besondere Art...oder gar nicht...Tisch abdecken wurde "verweigert" Fazit: Ein Haus, das durch seine Lage und Ausstattung keinen Wunsch offen läßt.. Danke Lars... PS - die Idee mit der "Gästelandkarte" ist eine super Idee..da kann jeder Gast - so er dran denkt :-) - eine Nadel in seinen Heimatort platzieren... Grüß Die B´s aus Bad Schwartau

Smarte Unterkunft

Smartes Haus - mit viel Technik - die auch funktioniert :-) Wir hatten eine sehr chillige Woche, mit der überdachten Terrasse konnten wir auch bei den seltenen Regenschauern draußen verweilen. Der Pool ist das Highlight! Überdacht - oder auch nicht - je nach Wetter flexibel. Eine tolle Größe, die auch Schwimmen zulässt. Sehr angenehme Temperatur. Danach eine Dusche in einem der riesigen Badezimmer - traumhaft :-)) Lars ist ein sehr angenehmer, sympathischer Vermieter - trotz seiner Vorliebe für den Verein westlich von Herne ;-) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, das Haus ist toll und perfekt ausgestattet . Sogar bei schlechtem Wetter konnte man im Pool baden . Auch für den ersten Hunger war im Ferienhaus schon was vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wer Ruhe sucht….

… ist hier genau richtig. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Man verbringt hier einen fast klimaneutralen Urlaub, da quasi all unser Strom, den wir während des Aufenthaltes verbrauchten, von Ferienhaus produziert wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung

Uns hat es wirklich hervorragend gefallen. Das Haus ist toll gestaltet und luxuriös ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool ist der Knaller. Wir haben in der Umgebung schöne Ausflugsziele gefunden. Vermieter ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Woche!

Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und Spielzeug für unsere Kleine. Pool, Trampolin, Schaukel, Strandkorb, Jacuzzi sind gepflegt und wurden von uns sehr reichlich genutzt! Leider war die Sauna nicht nutzbar. Warum? Selbst für gutes Wetter hat unser Vermieter gesorgt. Sonst wäre auch die Sauna von uns ausgenutzt worden!

Tolles Haus !!!!!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Ausstattung sucht seines Gleichen. Zuerst sind wir an dem Objekt vorbei gefahren, es ist auch von der Straße aus SEHR schön und wir hatten dies eigentlich nicht erwartet. Lars, der Besitzer, kümmert sich SEHR und hat uns keine Wünsche abgeschlagen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.......

Eine Wohlfühl-Oase mit vielen Finessen!

Fangen wir mit einem Kritikpunkt an: Ein schwarz-gelber Kühlschrankmagnet aus Lüdenscheid. Da es aber auch einen Magnet in königsblau gab, war der Schock schnell vergessen und das Magnet würde aus dem Sichtfeld verdammt :-) Jetzt aber Mal ernsthaft: Die komplette Familie hat ihre einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt... ohne wenn und aber! Sauna, Whirlpool und einen der schönsten Aussenpools waren die absoluten Highlights der Aussenanlage. Um jetzt die weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmale im Haus aufzuzählen fehlt hier der Platz! Einfach nur perfekt... und alles wir verständlich in den Hausunterlagen erklärt. Vielen Dank das wir ihre Gastfreundschaft bekommen haben und in diesem Traumhaus unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Super schönes Ferienhaus.

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Haus, die Anlage, natürlich der Whirlpool und der Pool im Garten sind hervorragend. Alles lief ohne Probleme ab. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank.

Ich habe lange im Internet gesucht und dieses Schätzchen gefunden. Die Bilder versprachen viel und wurden von der Realität tatsächlich noch übertroffen. Keine Wünsche blieben offen, es gab nichts was es nicht gab, es war großartig . Ein moderes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung die leider nicht so gepflegt worden wie es hätte sein sollen. Garten ist für Kinder nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da das Trampolin und der Spielbereich für Kinder sanierungsbedürftig ist.

In diesem Objekt ist wirklich alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Alles top sauber, super modern und durchdacht. Auch wenn wir den Vermieter leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, super nette Kommunikation mit ihm und sogar der Pool wurde für uns fertig gemacht, danke nochmal dafür. Ein Traumurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist fantastisch, 5 Sterne reichen gar nicht aus! Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Herr Mensing ist immer erreichbar und beantwortet gerne alle Fragen. Der große, warme Pool hat uns richtig Spaß gemacht. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde frei laufen konnten.
