Zermatt Paradies was a great place for my Son and I to stay for our Ski Vacation. The hotel had all the amenities you could need. Located within a 5 minute walk to Glacier Paradise lift and town there is a ski room inside the tunnel entrance where you can store and tune your equipment, a spa with Steam Room, Sauna, Hot Tubs and also Laundry facilities. The manager was on call 24/7 to handle our questions and was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location and nice hotel

It’s really good experience. Nice location, very near to Matterhorn Express. Here is free shuttle bus to train station. Near to grocery shop. Full kitchen wears. Good size of rooms.

Very nice stay, room comes with everything you need and more. great friendly staff a family owned place. Full kitchen is well equipped and washer/dryer in lobby work very well. Very close to lift and close to nightlife/food. Also for the price it was extremely affordable considering we got a view of Matterhorn from our room. Will definitely stay here again if I’m blessed with the opportunity to come to Zermatt again.

Great stay for skiing

It was great apartment just 5 min walk from the gondola station. The owner family was so kind and give us a great tip to stay. Sauna and Jacuzzi facility was great after ski.

I loved the cave entrance, that was amazing and completely unexpected. The rooms are simple and perfectly decorated to make you feel like you are stepping back in Swiss time. The views are to die for. I loved having a place to do my laundry mid vacation.

Great location for skiing and also sightseeing around town. Very walkable. We used a ski locker at the gondola station instead so that we don't have to walk with ski boots and lugging skis. Great kitchen, great beds and perfect for family of 5-6.

Perfect Room w/ Kitchen and Matterhown View

We loved our stay here. It was great having a kitchen because sometimes you don’t want to go out after skiing. The staff was super friendly and helped my us receive a package from the US over our stay.

Magnifique petit village avec de nombreuses possibilités: ski, randonnées,… Petit hic: „village sans voiture“ mais nombreuses petites voitures électriques auxquelles il faut faire attention pour ne pas se faire renverser…. Appartement excellent avec un chouette spa et proche des remontées vers le Matterhorn (Furi, Schwarzsee): 5-7 min. à pied Restos délicieux.

Easter weekend.

Great location near the ski lift. The ski room has everything you would need and the rooms was clean and fully furnished. You can baked there if you so wish. The view was amazing. Friendly host. However check out time was pretty early at 9-930am. But you could leave your bags and come for them later. Wish they accept shorter stays too.

Die Lage ist exzellent für Wintersportler, da nahe an der Talstation. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Räume und ihre Austattung ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten eine Erneuerung!
