Modern, beautiful, comfortable apartment house "Orta", 5 storeys. In the district of Wiesti, 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 600 m, bakery 600 m, bicycle rental, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km.

Vispa Bank

This spacious flat is excellent for as many as six persons, whether three couples or a mid-sized family. The two baths allowed the three of us to be very efficient to hit the trails early. All kitchen appliances are in good order. Those with limited mobility may find the flat to be farther from the center than desirable, but we were here for exercise so that was no problem. It is wonderful to be able to sleep to the rush of the Vispa.One small request is that a drying rack be added for the porch.I expect to return.

sehr geräumige grosse Wohnung

Zweckmässig eingerichtete sehr grossezügige Wohnung. Ueberaus ruhiges Haus/Wohnung. Praktisch gelegen direkt an der Vispa ( Fluss/ Bach). Richtung Heliport im Teil Wiesti. Orts-Busstation direkt vis a vis Wohnung, Ideal für Familien mit 3 - 4 Kinder. Küche zweckmässig und gut ausgerüstet. Sehr grosszügiges Bad/Badewanne WC und 2. WC Dusche. Alle Matrazen eher weich, aber das ist ansichtssache.

Gut ausgestattet, Aufzug und in der Nähe einer (Ski-) Bushaltestelle. Denner Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt und bietet genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Sie ist sehr schön und sauber. Ein Mangel, welche die Wohnung aufweist, ist die Ausstattung der Küche, z.B. Salatbesteck hat gefehlt.

Im Grossen und Ganzen gut. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Leider war nicht sehr sauber geputzt (angefressener Knochen vom Vormieter hinter Abfallkübel) und die Küchenausstattung war auch eher bescheiden. Ein Messer, das schneidet, wäre etwas..... Trotzdem über alles gesehen war es ok. Eine Waschgelegenheit wäre angesichts des Preises auch wünschenswert.

Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung. Herzlicher Empfang mit Früchteschale,Nüssli etc. Einzig fehlten uns einige Küchenutensilien (Schwingbesen,unscharfe Messer etc.) Sonst tip top.
