I love it here the sauna steam room spa is beautiful … The staff is great especially the guy in the morning that makes the coffee … Also the location (central Zermatt) can’t be beat the ski shuttle picks you up right outside and your the first one dropped off after skiing it’s the best …

Difficult check in
Make sure that you check the check in time as front desk closes for the night by 8pm in our experience. Front desk is not located at the property but the hotel which has a different name next door. There is no sign on the property to direct customers to the front desk. We had to call at the end.

Absolutely wonderful!!!
The hotel and staff were amazing!! So accommodating with our luggage before and after check in. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast service staff was very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good about this properly!! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Communication was rude and not helpful. No safe baggage storage except for a public area and was incorrectly informed about wrong breakfast time and then yelled at by staff. I was not the only one who had been involved in this situation and we were all shocked by the very rude response and the fact that they couldn’t help solve the problem they created.

The location was nice. Right off one of the (car-free) roads that run along the river. Small room but that's fine. Only slept in room. AC/bed was good. Free breakfast was great. Able to store our suitcases for the entire day after checking out. Not the cheapest but was good for us.

Amazing. Upgraded to the main hotel and had a lovely big double room with balcony, bath and sofa. Wide variety at breakfast and very helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and nice views down the valley. I wish I could've stayed longer!

the hotel is clean, quiet, and safe, with a great view of the Matterhorn from our room. The price is competative for Zermatt and the hotel breakfast was superb. My wife and I have travleld to 85 countries and stayed in countless hotels. For the price and location, we would rate Antika as one of our most pleasant hotel stays. The room was lovely, modern and clean. What we didn’t realise is that we would be in a basement. This was not made clear on the Expedia website. We were right by stairs leading down with bars on the window it felt like a prison. The staff were abrupt but helpful. I think they misunderstood a few times and then became defensive - customer service needed to improve.

Nice location but very basic room
The location of the place is nice and about 10 mins walk from the station. The room is very basic, there’s no kettle or a mini fridge provided, no intercom either so you can’t connect to the reception from the room specially when the reception is in another building(about a minute walk). There’s no extractor fan in the bathroom and no heated towel rail or a radiator that you can use dry towels or wet socks & gloves etc. If you get the room 601(next to the entrance), be assured of getting disturbed late night and early morning by the loud big door next to the room. The breakfast is provided at the main hotel building and again serves basic options only. And mind it, the hotel will charge you instantly or way ahead of your stay even though Hotels.com calls it a Pay later option -restricting you from using any voucher that can only be used on a Pay now booking.

The Antika part of the Annex hotel was under construction so they moved us into the Annex main hotel and the staff couldn't have been more lovely. Check in was right around 3/330 and room was clean, great view of the surrounding area and overrall great stay.

Annex Antika is part of the hotel Antika. It´s a economic option for 1 person, very confortable e clean. It's located at the same square of Antika Hotel, where you can do the check in and have you breakfast. To get ther you have to go through the same street and get the stairs. Sauna service was also offered, but i didn' used it.

Location was great, lots of restaurants around and around 5-10 minutes walk from Zermatt Station. Breakfast could have more varieties, like hot sausages.

We had an amazing stay at Antika Hotel. We were upgraded to Hotel Antika Zermatt from the Annex which had a beautiful balcony view. They have an amazing spread at the breakfast. Fresh bakery items, fresh fruits which includes apples, kiwi, different varieties of nuts. They had an amazing Bicher muesli, fresh yogurt and lots more every breakfast. For a first, I saw any hotel gift us something on checkout, they gave us a Swiss Chocolate bar on checkout.

アネックスの半地下のような部屋で窓はありましたがビューはありません。 電気ケトルの備品はないですが、言えば貸してくれました。 十分な朝食で、コーヒーは個別に持ってきてくれます。ミルクも温めてくれます。他の人はカプチーノを頼んでいたのそれも作ってくれるようでした。マッターホーンの朝焼けを見る場所に位置したホテルでした。スタッフも皆親切でした。
