Unser Aufenthalt in Zermatt war 1a. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr war sehr abwechslungsreich, mit einer grossen Auswahl

Very good Ski hotel

We stayed for 6 nights bed and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were good and the spa facilities were great after a days skiing.

Luxury hotel and spa in Zermatt

We were very impressed with the hotel right when we arrived; it is very close to the train station, we had a little electric car take us to the hotel, it looks amazing inside and out, there was a man playing live music right at the entrance (with a piano, very funny); they have a ski room with individual lockers for all the equipment, they have a game room-area, and best of all they have an amazing spa on the -1 floor, which we visited every day after skiing (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hamman, gym and massages). It got a bit crowded some evenings, but we would have it all to ourselves a couple of times. After check in we went directly to our room and were very pleased to see it was a big room, with a very nice balcony and views to the Matterhorn mountain, I mean what else could we ask for (of course very clean and comfortable) Only little inconvenient is that we were on the fourth floor, right under the roof, so the ceiling was tilted, which was very cute inside the bedroom, but made the bathroom a bit uncomfortable (shower was tricky). It also has a nice restaurant (with different options every night) and decent breakfast. Overall we were incredibly pleased with our stay (1 week) and even though I thought it was a bit expensive when I made the reservation, as soon as we arrived I understood it’s absolutely worth it and got more than we actually paid for. We will definitely come back.

Well equipped hotel with nice Matterhorn view

My family of 4, all adults already, stayed here for 2 nights. The room is of good size, with a mezzanine floor for kids with 2 beds. There is a balcony with a view of Matterhorn on a clear day. There are free shuttle and swimming pool and gym...facilities I didn't use. Will try to return to try them out some day.

전망도 좋고 시설도 깨끗해요

룸이 남아서 업그레이드도 해주시고 좋았어요! 제가 영어를 잘못하는데 차근차근 설명해 주시고ㅋㅋㅋ 룸도 깨끗하고 마테호른도 보이고 좋았아요ㅋㅋ 역에선 걸어서 십분정도 걸려요

great hotel with good location and mountain view

the hotel offers shuttle service for picking up and dropping down to the rail station, this is definitely a plus. staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the price of the supper is reasonable. Room for 3 is super big with the partial view of Matterhorn, highly recommend

Cozy hotel

This hotel gives a very cozy feeling. I would have given five full points rating if not for spider webs found on ceiling's wood planks and that the staffs' service could have been better (especially the lady in the morning shift is very lacking in smile). Improve and I think most guests would return.

Great hotel. Spacious room. View of Matterhorn.

The family room was large with a view of Matterhorn from the balcony. The kids could sleep in separate bunk beds in an attached room. The breakfast was standard. Close to train station. Dinner was good with excellent service.

Muito boas instalações e cordialidade

O hotel oferece ótimas instalações, o pessoal atende com muita educação e cordialidade e fica muito bem localizado podendo ir a pé até a estação de trem local.

체르마트 역과 가까운 깔끔하고 친절한 호텔

저렴한 가격에 체르마트역과 가까운 깔끔한 호텔에서 너무 잘 묵었어요~ 스텝분들 모두 친절하시고 조식도 깔끔하니 좋았습니다. 저렴한 방이라 방에서 마테호른이 바로 보이지는 않았지만 호텔 출입구만 나오면 보이는 마테호른 덕에 더욱 기분이 좋았습니다.

Hotel staff response to my queries about my booking and sking. The only expectation that was not met was that I was expecting a loft family room.

Hotel zu teuer, für das was es bietet

Überteuertes Hotel in der Zeit Zermatt unplugged mit mäßig freundlichem Personal, (Paolo ausgenommen). Man wurde nicht zum Zimmer begleitet und das Gepäck nicht hoch getragen (bei durchschnittlich 380CHF/d müsste das drin liegen). Auch als der Eintritt ins Spa nicht gelang kam das Personal nicht mit um den Fehler zu beheben. Die Zimmerreinigung fand z.T. statt als wir noch im Zimmer waren :-(. Frühstück und der Wellnessbereich waren ganz gut, mit jedoch kleiner Sauna und nur 1 Dusche. Toll waren ein Volleyballfeld und Tischtennisplatten im Keller und der große Balkon der Zimmer im 1. Stock.

Hotel de bom padrão próximo à Estação

Hotel próximo à estação de trem (entrada e saída da cidade), ao trem para Gornergrat e ao centrinho, o que é um ponto bastante positivo e, na minha opinião, o principal destaque. Digo isso porque se tivesse ficado longe da estação e carregando malas teria que pegar algum taxi elétrico para chegar com certeza, já que a vila é bem acidentada. Fica distante da base do ascensor para o Palácio de Gelo, mas nada que não se possa caminhar. O Hotel é bastante tradicional, limpo, tem quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã é bom e tem alguma diversidade. Atende ao padrão da rede, embora seja mais caro que o normal, mas isso se explica pelo fato de que os hotéis na cidade de Zermatt são caros como um todo. Tem piscina, mas não a utilizei. Enfim, um hotel padrão.

We went there to ski I would go back- the hotel location was great for being close to the train station, gondola and the main part of town

Great find! Lovely spacious rooms

Staff who love their customers. One of the best ski rooms we've ever stayed in with lovely views of the Matterhorn. Our room 45 had sloping roof with character and amazing bathroom. Close to ski bus pick up too. 5 minutes walk to Gornergrat railway and 6 to centre of town.

Conveniente

Foi tudo tranquilo, no hotel havia uma pessoa falando português. Nosso quarto era bom, mas para chegar nele tinha umas portas e lembrava um corredor de navio. Apenas ruim q havia um vazamento na parede do banheiro/quarto depois do banho o quarto ficou todo molhado. E no café da manhã eles não faziam a reposicao do que havia acabado.

Zermatt for conference: very pleased with hotel

Very nice, and inexpensive hotel. Good location near train station. Fantastic view of Matterhorn from room balcony. Staff very helpful. Room very clean, and spacious. Breakfast is just fine, and service was very rapid and friendly. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all really: in Zermatt you could spend A LOT more money and not have any better stay. I am planning to stay in Alpen plus hotel when I come back next year.

The staff is poor, we just asked tourist information at reception , and they are not willing to answer. And, it is DIFFICULT to borrow an umbrella, they seems only have two umbrella. And, it don't like as a hotel, like B&B, for examples the equipment and the design. The breakfast is also poor. The staff seldom to fill in the food like bread even though the staff is noted! It is not worth for the price !!!!!!!!! 工作人員態度很差，我們只是在接待處問Zermatt旅遊資訊，他們不太願意回答。 而且，很難借一把傘，他們似乎只有兩把傘。 而且，它不像一家酒店，比較像B＆B，例如設備和設計。 早餐也很差。當時食物沒有時, 工作人員也不填補食物像麵包，即使工作人員知道！ 這是不值得的價格!!!!!!!!!
