"Nothing was wrong but my shower was broke. I came from Niagara Canada 4.5 hours away and my shower was unable to drain water and me and my buddy both couldn’t shower before a 4.5 hour drive and a night out at the hockey game. I told the staff and she didn’t even care like to be honest was rude like the place is just a shower and a bed and they didn’t have a working shower so"

"First looks is everything. If the cover over the main entrance is repaired, when customers first pull up, they would be less concerned about the inside. The inside is excellent and well maintained."

"Valet and check-in desk staff were awesome-super friendly. My room wasn't in the best shape- tons of scratches and knicks out of the wall and paint. Overall, it just didn't feel clean. The layout of the room was really odd too- no door on the shower, just a shower curtain. ? And you had to turn sideways to get to the head of the bed because the walls only about 12" away from the wall. The bed was comfortable, but overall lots of outside and hallway noise. "

"Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. "
