"There was no hot tub.. the rooms were not clean, there were things left in my dresser from a previous booking, hair in the bed and toilets, food stains on covers, dead and alive bugs on sinks and counters. Bad smells in certain areas"

"Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is very small and unbelievably loud. The room next door was up all night making noise, and I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay was a disaster. Do not stay here."

"All staff was great from the front desk, housekeepers, to the breakfast attendant. Room was clean and smelled pleasant. Easy parking. "

"Check in was quite slow - 20 minutes. Room was clean. Door to room was extremely heavy. So heavy that I expect elderly would have issues. Two people at desk were polite. Surprised that at this price there was no breakfast as there is almost everywhere else. "
