Relaxing Retreat

We stayed in Casa Molino for 12 days and found it to be extremely relaxing and comfortable. Juan Carlos and his family are incredibly kind and helpful, and really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The apartment is the top two floors of a duplex, and is filled with delightful quirky touches that give it a lot of personality.

Spurs cup final

It was a nice place only problem is that there is not a lot to do.but we came to go to Bilbao for rhe football cup final. So it was good for us. Need a taxi in the village to get you to the train station.

For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes before having to check out and find alternative accommodation at a huge cost. The owner, who seemed like a really lovely guy , has not responded to any requests for a partial discount - not happy - Do not recommend!

Nous avons fait une reclamation a vos szrvices pour manque de propreté. La maison est vetuste, sombre , la cuisine minimaliste non adaptée pour 4. Village éloigné de tout. Jardin non entretenu avec une déco d'objets agraires rouillés partout . Nombres de toiles d'araignée avec leurs habitantes ! Nous avons demandé au propriétaire de refaire le ménage ! Bref sauf si vous aimez la brocante...passez votre chemin !

Speels ingericht vakantiehuis

via een smal stenen bruggetje over een beek wordt het huis bereikt. Je kan er met de auto overheen, maar er is ook voldoende parkeermogelijkheid langs de weg. Het huisje is donker en koel. De badkamer is ruim en schoon. De keuken is basic, maar alles functioneert. De wifi werkt goed. Afwezigheid van een wasmachine is een minpuntje. De avonden en nachten zijn fantastisch stil.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Juan war sehr nett und hat uns direkt bei unserer Ankunft erwartet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kreativ und individuell eingerichtet, was auch auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Allerdings war es sehr dunkel und die Terrasse nicht besonders einladend. Sie schien schon länger nicht sauber gemacht worden zu sein, was sehr schade war. Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay, für Selbstversorger fehlte jedoch einiges, zumal nur zwei Herdplatten vorhanden sind. Zudem wäre es super, wenn die Geschirrlappen ausgetauscht werden würden. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Landstraße sehr weit im Hinterland und ziemlich ab vom Schuss. Die Straße hört man allerdings nicht sehr stark, dafür abends den Bach, was sehr romantisch ist. Leider gibt es keine Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir waren eine gute Woche dort.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.und die Umgebung war sehr schön. Uns hat ein schöner Platz um draußen zu essen und eine gemütliche Liegeoder Bank zum Lesen gefehlt. Es sind nicht alle Sachen vorhanden, die in der Ausschreibung stehen, vorhande.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Zuinteresanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden, ist es teilweise sehr weit entfernt. Wir sind sehr viel unterwegs mit dem Auto gewesen Platz um draußen zu essen, gefehlt und eine gemütliche Liege oder Siitzplatz zum

Knus, (in beginsel vreemd) uniek huis in een prachtige omgeving

We moesten in beginsel een beetje wennen aan dit “vreemde” huis met bijzondere inrichting, zowel qua spullen als qua indeling. Het betreft een bovenwoning met een terras, een buurman naast en onder de woning. We hebben zeer goed contact met de eigenaar, Juan, gehad die zeer behulpzaam is. We zijn het huis in een week erg gaan waarderen. Zowel door de eigenzinnigheid als door de omgeving. Bedankt Juan!

Estancia breve pero fantástica

Mis amigos y yo solo estuvimos un fin de semana en esta casa pero nos encantó, un sitio precioso y tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza pero a unos 30 minutos de Bilbao en coche. La casa está genial, además la terraza y la zona del jardín son bastante grandes. Muy recomendable, el trato con Juan Carlos estupendo, muy amable y atento siempre.

Tranquilidad

Sitio increíble, tranquilo, a pie de montaña, a menos de 10 minutos andando del pueblo donde tienes cafeterías, bares y una especie de ultramarino. La casa está muy chula, a tener en cuenta que es la parte de arriba de una casa, abajo hay un vecino y pegado a la casa hay otra vivienda. La terracita un lujo, y el balcón para días de lluvia espectacular. Reseñable la bañera y decoración. Echamos en falta quizá un poco más de iluminación por la noche, por el día con el tragaluz teníamos suficiente luz. Y también un poco más de limpieza, por la ubicación entendemos que haya insectos pero encontramos entre otras cosas, una avispa muerta que parecía llevar bastante tiempo disecada a los pies de la cama. A nuestra perra, Brownie, le encantó el sitio. Sin duda ¡lugar para repetir!

Perfecta estancia

La casa es espectacular, llena de detalles y muy acogedora y está ubicada en un lugar precioso, casi metida dentro de un bosque y con vistas a la naturaleza allí donde mires. Juan Carlos es muy simpático y te echa una mano para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, tanto dentro como fuera de la casa, aconsejándote sobre lugares que visitar en los alrededores. En plena naturaleza y a tan solo 25 mins de Bilbao centri

Aojamiento muy acogedor en una zona muy verde al lado de Bilbao ( 25 mins en coche al Guggemheim). Decorado muy original. Juan Carlos muy atento en todo momento para recibirte , explicarte y aconsejarte lo que necesites. Fuimos 2 adultos ,dos adolescentes ycon nuestro perrete y encantado de tener tanto verde y un río que pasa al lado. Si quieres desconectar y disfrutar no lo dudes. Nosotros estuvimos muy agusto. Las camas muy cómodas. Gracias por todo!!!
