"I traveled all around the world and I can confidently said this is my top 1, from the confirmation of my arrival the staff made me feel welcome and ready to host me. The checking was great, the person at the front desk actually walk with us to ensure we knew where was everything located, room service, cleaning service, and the restaurants were on point and the food variety was great and delicious. "Breakfast was the best part of this place. I’ve never felt so bamboozled in my life. The website had all these things for kids to do, theatre, play place, trampoline park, etc, then we get there and nothing is at the hotel. You have to walk ten minutes to get to the kids stuff, but then it’s all shut down during the offseason. We were there end of March and nothing was open outside. No outdoor pool, no swim up bar, nothing. Really not family friendly in the offseason that’s for sure. The indoor pool was really cold too. And there’s not hot tub. The room was super outdated too. Not what the pictures depicted on the website. Our “king bed” was two twins pushed together. Not king sheets either. It was really unfortunate as I wouldn’t have booked there if I knew how little it had to offer. "

"The hotel’s location is lovely and very well situated. However, the property would benefit from some updates and attention to detail. In particular, the carpets appear dated and could be refreshed or replaced with alternative flooring. Additionally, a warmer and more welcoming approach from the breakfast staff would greatly enhance the guest experience."
