"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong.
On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on.

"Great stay for us in August 2026.Staff were extremely helpful and special to George behind the bar.
Only bug bear was the lifeguard at the pool, always late to open and early to close. Food amazing , always nice and clean hotel and staff 1st class.
Would happily stay here again."
