"Hotel & Rooms: The territory of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We got the room in probably one of the newest building which were very new and modern. Rooms were kept clean every day. You can get buggy any time to get to the main building or to the hotel beach. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...
