"We so enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Boleslawiec. The staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to the town square. "Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."

"Die Fenster waren abgeschlossen und ließen sich nicht öffnen, was wir erst nachts bemerkt haben.das Frühstück ist umfangreich, aber qualitativ nicht gut. Der Cappuccino war nicht trinkbar. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug bis zum 2. Stock, sodass wir bis in die R, Etage laufen und tragen mussten.das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sind während der Coronazeit erneuert worden und daher in Ordnung. Für ein 3-Sternehaus ok, aber auch nicht mehr."

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."
