"The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. You can drive directly to the hotel with your car, and the helpful staff takes care of your luggage and of your car. And the hotel has an excellent restaurant, YEZI, which serves amazing food."

"Very nice staff, parking for our rental car was a huge plus. I usually scoff at hotel breakfasts but theirs was amazing!! Lots of choices & tasted very good & fresh. I would say the only negative is that they dont supply much toilet paper & one towel per person. I asked for an extra & never received it. Would stay again & highly recommend. "

"The hotel’s location is great - you are a few minutes walk from both the upper & lower historic city center. The breakfast is good - they offer fresh fruits, yoghurts, and the usual hot breakfast like eggs, omelettes, sausages, etc. The service team is great & speak fluent English. The hotel maintenance is good, close to excellent. No complaints. The room for 3 persons was spacious and made as a semi-suite. There is a tram running very close to the hotel and you can hear it, but it didn’t bother us and we slept very well. It’s not a fancy hotel, but a good option to stay to explore Zagreb due to its excellent location."

"The property was in a great location and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was average nothing special and I found that it was misleading that a spa service was included as it was basically access to a sauna and hot tub. Also the included dinner although good it was very restrictive and did not include all the meals off the menu which was also misleading."
