Beautiful 7 bedroom villa, private 52m pool, roof terrace with amazing sea view. It consists of three floors connected to each other by internal stairs. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with shower, extra toilet, gym, recreation room with biliards and darts and fully equipped open space kitchen with dining and living area. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with bath tubs, extra toilet and fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area. On the second floor you will find one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area with single sofa bed.Every loor has a roofed terrace while charming roof terrace offers a stunning view of the city, the sea and surrounding islands. Outside area offers large pool with parasol and sun loungers, playground and BBQ with seating and dining area. This lovely villa is located in a quiet suburb of Zadar called Ploča and offers a comfortable accommodation for up to 15 persons. Villa combines a great location with much needed privacy as the property is located in a peaceful residential area.
