OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay. Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme as Disneyland!) would add value for guests!"
"Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch."
