Vrey centric location, great communication. Spacious place.

Location excellent. Staff pleasant, but did not find answers to queries on dietary requirements. Noisy rooms on street side. Air-conditioning poor - hot rooms. Did not have breakfast or dinner at hotel. Would return, but would require quiet room.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and location was perfect for visiting Krakow

The Bonerowski Palace was a wonderful place to stay and the perfect location right on the Old Town Square. Rooms were beautiful presented and a great size. There was one disappointment about our stay, on the first morning of our stay we were presented with a lovely breakfast buffet, the following two morning’s it was not present, when I questioned this I was advised that there was not enough guests staying for the buffet to be put out, this did not really sit well as we were denied the full buffet choice for something that was not our fault! Although We had our choices from the menu, we had to ask for what we wanted from the kitchen such as bread, butter, fruits, orange juice, yogurt, ect. My wife and I felt uncomfortable having to continually asking for the items mentioned above. Apart from the issue with the breakfast buffet, our stay at the Bonerowski was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay for anyone wanting to visit this magnificent city.
