"Nice hotel close the casino bus stop which we took everywhere. Walma a long walk from the train station but once we learned about the bus we were golden. Great service. And comfortable hotel. Would recommend."

"Very well facilitated hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location for the Christmas market with fantastic views from the room. There’s also lots of eating options close by. The hotel also has a free hot drinks and light snacks station to use during your stay. We brought the wrong travel adaptor with us thinking the usual EU adapter would work but the staff were very helpful and provided us with a plug for a deposit which was removed after it was returned. "Very convenient for the train station and central Lausanne, this hotel provided a large, comfortable, clean room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and plentyful. There was a coffee machine in the room. Some might find the decor and bathroom a little dated but we loved the grace and elegance of the room, which had a desk, 2 chairs and a sofa, as well as a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful allowing us to store baggage and check in early. "
