Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Just beware that in could only find one place for dinner in the area and bring breakfast.

Check-in snafus

Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already which is a hotels.com issue. The other issue is the reception person didn't actually speak Japanese in Japan. He had to go through an auto-interpreting device to speak to us in Japanese which is weird because you expect the hotel to speak the native language of the country. It would been fine if they don't speak English but not being able to greet us in Japanese and deal with issues in Japanese in Japan is a problem.

部屋は特に問題なし。鍵はフロントに予約時の苗字のメモが貼られた状態で置かれていて、勝手に取って部屋に入れる。 私達が泊まってた時にいたスタッフのお爺さんは日本語を分からず、彼のスマホの翻訳機能でコミュニケーションを取ってました。我々はそれでも大丈夫でしたが、そういうの苦手な人は、注意。

夏に登山の為利用しました お部屋は清潔感がありとても綺麗でした スタッフの方はお一人しか いないようでしたが丁寧に対応して 頂きましたのでここまでの評価は良いのですが ただエアコンがなくて 本当に暑くて熱中症の心配しました いくら雪国でもエアコンが無くては 快適には過ごせません

2度と使わないと思います。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで神楽ハウスのスタッフと会う事は一切ありませんでした。（掃除の方が代わりに対応してくださりましたが・・・） あと、一緒に滞在していた中国人の方々があまりにもうるさい。子供は走り回るし、21時以降も騒がしいし、眠れませんでした。

まるで別荘

貸切と聞いていましたが、本当に貸切でまるで自分達の別荘にきたみたいに全て自由に使わせていただきました。 子供が多く、うるさくしても気を使うことなく大人はゆっくりと過ごせ、子供は おもちゃがあって飽きずに遊んでいました。 近くにコンビニはありませんが、道の駅が近くにありお洒落なお店でお土産も買えました。また、足湯や池もあって子供達が遊ぶ事もでき満足です。

Our room was not prepared when we arrived- the beds were still left as is from the previous guests and we went down to notify the property staff- with which unfortunately, we could not communicate in neither Japanese nor English.
