"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "Excellent service, special thank you to Rabina from Bell captain. She came to help us when our room air conditioner had problem. She helped us to moved to another room too. Very helpful young lady! Thank you, Rabina! Over all the hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained and attention to details! The staffs are polite and professional! Our room also very clean , spacious, great amenities, and the great location! Across from the train station. I think I couldn't ask for more. The Breakfast is outstanding! The best! We enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back ! Highly recommend Nikko Hotel if you are visiting Kanazawa! You would not be disappointed! Sincerely, The Fitzgeralds."
