The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"一泊朝食付きで滞在しました。暗くなってからのチェックインでしたが、なかなか良い雰囲気の門構え。エクスペディアだったのでスムーズに入室。入湯税150円だけ追加で支払いました。説明の際に朝食が7:30からと言われ、早くチェックアウトしたいと告げたらすぐに15分早めていただきました。忘年会シーズンで宴会場？は賑やかだったものの、温泉は貸切でゆっくりできました。全ての設備は古いですがとても良い雰囲気を楽しめます。小さな日本庭園もあります。朝食は上品（質素ではなく）で目でも楽しめました。寒い日でしたので、朝から湯豆腐が出てきました。時間があればもっとゆっくりいただきたかったです。鳥取に出張の時にはまた利用したいです。"
